I’ve spent over 20 years leading inside Fortune 100 organizations, where I built strategies, developed teams, and helped drive large-scale business growth.

On the outside, it looked successful.
On the inside, I saw how often high-performing leaders were operating under pressure — overextended, disconnected, and carrying more than they should.

That experience shaped the work I do today.
